Mango Sparkler
Ingredients
1.5 oz Alizé Mango
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3.5 oz sparkling wine
Instructions
Combine Alizé Mango, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
