Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Alize Red Passion

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice

  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup

  • Mint

  • Granny Smith Apples

  • Club Soda

Instructions

Muddle lemon, simple syrup, mint, and apple, and then combine with Alizé Red Passion and vodka. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with mint sprig and apple fan.

Simple Syrup Recipe: 

Combine 1 part sugar and 1 part water. Bring the water to a boil, while stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
