Strawberry Smash Sparkler
Ingredients
1 oz Alizé Strawberry
1 oz rum
0.5 oz cranberry juice
0.25 oz lime juice
3 fresh strawberries
Caposaldo Prosecco
Instructions
In a shaker, muddle the strawberries to release the juice and break down the fruit. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into coupe glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with a whole strawberry.
